Two years on after the EU Referendum in June 2018, year-on-year price growth has improved in every UK nation except England.
The rate of growth had slowed across the board to a UK average of 1.01%. However, by September this had picked up slightly to 1.26%.
Clarkes Estate Agents have noticed a pent up demand building in the Bournemouth market and are expecting an upturn in activity if there is a majority vote in the Election on Thursday. This could well trigger the return to growth seen elsewhere in the UK.
