All we ask is that you sign a contract, and give us two weeks notice if you decide to withdraw your property. 2 weeks is how long it takes us to terminate the marketing.


Once we have negotiated a sale on your property, the appointed sales coordinator manages the sale through to completion. This person will have a thorough understanding of the conveyancing processes and will make regular contact with all parties involved in the sale including solicitors, mortgage brokers, lenders, surveyors and other agents in the chain. This can be an anxious time. We will be proactive and chase progress with all parties involved and keep you informed. Previous customers have found this part of our service invaluable.
